Heart Activation Meditation
The Heart Activation Meditation is a channeled guided meditation given to us as an invitation to open the higher heart chakra. The main heart chakra is the only one that can open it. As we go through the Soul Mending™ process, our fragments return home in our heart, healing it. This meditation also allows those fragments to integrate and mend with the self.
